HAY 3 MESES PARA PREPARAR ALGO Y NO DAR TANTO JUGO.

DE MOMENTO MI COTY ME AYUDA, PERO ES NECESARIO MAS ENTRENAMIENTO.

Dormir...... un deporte

Tengo un dilema enorme
bueno para empezar me gusta dormir, y mucho, para mi es un deporte el dormir y como deportista trato de entrenar cuando puedo, pero tengo un grave problema

¿¿ Que hago para dormir más y aprovechar mejor el tiempo ??

Para mi es muy complicado que me faltan horas paar dormir, pero tambien me faltan horas para hacer otras cosas, entonces ¿¿ donde esta el problema?? ¿¿ que hago para que todo funcione bien?? quizas un cambio en mis habitos del sueño o simplemente inventrame dias con mas horas puede ser la solucion, pero siendo realistas que coas debo hacer??
dormir mas temprano, siendo que en las noches es cuando uno puede disfrutar de las apasionantes carreras on line.
si apago el compu me desconeto y nose lo que pasa con el mundo y mis amigos
dormir hasta mas tarde mmmmm interesante, pero aun me faltan horas para hacer otras cosas.
